The selected candidate would be responsible for aligning the business objectives with the people strategy and will contribute to strategy discussions, execute strategy, and recommend new approaches. policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives. The candidate should be the conduit between the HR expert centre and the business line to manage people’s challenges — especially talent, performance, and change. He or she will provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, manpower planning, and succession planning. The ideal candidate Will also manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and work closely with the Group Head of HR to analyze, develop and implement solutions, programmes and policies.
