ASSISTANT MANAGER HR BUSINESS PARTNERING

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the HR Business Partner in managing strategic HR initiatives at Sunshine Pharmaceuticals while coordinating, developing, and integrating human resource management-related policies and procedures in order to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. Managing HR requirements of agency staff and of the distribution entity of Sunshine Healthcare will also be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

Common Criteria

Exposure in managing all HR functions in a general capacity would be an added advantage

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Specific Criteria

Must possess excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

Bachelor's degree in HRM/PQHRM or equivalent qualification
