Personal Assistant to CEO - (Sunshine Medical Devices) Band – 07

The Personal Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support to the CEO to ensure efficient operation of the organization. He / she is responsible to deliver the assigned duties in timely manner with exceptional communication skills whilst maintaining discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive and confidential information. The Ideal candidate should be self-driven ,ambitious and maintain good relationships with both internal and external parties. The job entails working closely with the cross functional Management teams and coordinate on-time submission of deliverables such as reports, data and related information, as requested by the CEO. He/ she will need to ensure all office administrative functions are well coordinated, track detailed actionable items,  assisting in organizing events & meetings as required, arrange travel and accommodation, schedule routine meetings, compile information, reports and presentations, to achieve a high level of productivity within the company. Ideal candidate should possess sound time- management and multitasking abilities to develop long-term positive stakeholder relationships aimed at fulfilling expectations.
