


Sunshine Holdings celebrates employee excellence and growth during “Spotlight 2024”

January 6, 2024: Sunshine Holdings PLC recently hosted Sunshine Spotlight, an inspiring event organized by the OneHR Team at Sunshine to recognize the exceptional achievements, professional growth, and contributions of its employees across various sectors. The event celebrated the impact of crucial development programs that foster skill enhancement, leadership, and personal branding, underscoring Sunshine Holdings’ commitment to nurturing talent that drives transformative success.
Among the key initiatives celebrated were ‘Base Camp’ and ‘Best to Brand’, two cornerstone programs crafted to elevate employee competencies in alignment with the company’s long-term vision. The Base Camp program, in collaboration with PIM’s Executive Development Programs, trained 43 Sunshine Holdings employees, enhancing their management and leadership skills to drive future growth and align with the company’s vision for sustained excellence and industry leadership.
The Best to Brand program, a seven-month initiative for Sunshine Consumer’s sales teams, focused on enhancing personal branding through work-life balance, team management, and leadership skills. Aligned with Sunshine’s core values, it empowered participants to develop key competencies and amplify their impact both within the organization and beyond.
